  • A 30 foot high ceiling with a 50 ton capacity overhead gantry crane (for heavy
    lifting of train or trolley items).
  • A wide balcony at the 20 foot level set up to provide visitors with a birds eye
    view of all activity on the floor below. There will be exhibits on this balcony
    showing video of previous restoration or repair works.
  • At least 2 open maintenance pits (one for trolley or train & one
    for car or truck) with viewing access from protected areas on
    both sides of the pit so that visitors can safely view the
    undercarriages of these vehicles.
  • A state-of-the-art paint booth equipped to paint any
    sized vehicle.
  • Secure viewing areas where a docent can explain
    the activity underway in this area.
